RETURN CONDITIONS
- Return within 14 (UK) or 28 (International) days of dispatch.
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
- Must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
- Late or non-qualifying returns will be voided.
PROCESSING TIME
- Allow up to 5 business days for processing. You’ll be notified once complete.
HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE
UK ORDERS
1. Visit our returns portal and get your returns slip.
2. Print the return form, pack with the item, and mark EXCHANGE/REFUND on the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
1. Visit our returns portal and get your returns slip.
2. Print DHL return label, attach, and drop at DHL office.
FAULTY ITEMS
- Contact us within 5 days for faulty items. We will repair/replace or issue a full refund. General wear and tear not covered.
- Return shipping for faulty items refunded (up to original shipping cost).
SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
- Duties/taxes are included in the shipping fee but may incur additional fees based on local customs regulations.
Fanbod VOUCHER: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Validity: Fanbod voucher issued by Fanbod is valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of issue. After this period, any unused Fanbod voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed or refunded.
- Redemption: Fanbod voucher can be used for purchases on the Fanbod website only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Partial Use: Fanbod voucher can be used in full or in part for a purchase. If the order total exceeds the store credit amount, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
- Non-Transferable: Fanbod voucher is issued to the original recipient only and cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
- Returns & Exchanges: Any items purchased using Fanbod voucher are subject to Fanbod’s standard returns and exchanges policy. Refunds for items purchased with Fanbod voucher will be reissued as Fanbod voucher only.
- Expired Voucher: Fanbod is not responsible for expired Fanbod voucher.
- Promotions: Fanbod Voucher cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers.
- Changes to Terms: Fanbod reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
