  • Orders placed before 13:00 UK Time * are processed and shipped on the same business day, Monday to Friday. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Please be advised of the following regional disruptions affecting international deliveries:

  • Middle East: Due to regional airspace closures and temporary carrier suspensions, we are currently unable to fulfil orders to Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Qatar, and the UAE. Orders to surrounding countries (including Saudi Arabia, Israel and Jordan) are likely to experience significant delays.

  • Mexico: Localised security unrest has caused temporary backlogs in Western Mexico (Guadalajara / Manzanillo regions). Please allow an additional 3-5 business days beyond our standard estimates for delivery to these areas.

  • Europe: Minor transit delays are currently affecting routes into Ireland and through Central European borders due to localised strikes and increased customs checks. Please note that transit times to these specific regions may be extended by 3-5 business days.

 

We monitor international shipping routes daily with our fulfilment partners and will resume normal delivery promises as soon as our carriers confirm it is safe to do so. Thank you for your patience.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Charges: Shipping is free within the UK.

  • DPD deliveries to England & Wales are next business day.

  • Royal Mail deliveries to the rest of the UK (Scotland, Highlands, Northern Ireland & Remote Areas) are based on location and their delivery schedules; hopefully orders can be delivered in 2 working days but please do allow 3-5 days for delivery, particularly to more rural / remote locations where Royal Mail will schedule batched deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For your convenience, all applicable international duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This ensures no surprise fees upon delivery.

  • Carriers: International orders are shipped via FedEx.

  • Restrictions: Due to regulatory or logistical challenges we currently do not ship to Brazil, China, Cuba, India, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, or Ukraine.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
