Yes. If your order is not satisfactory, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return it for a refund. Items must be returned to us in a saleable condition, unworn, with all labels and the Fanbod security tag still attached

Simply visit our returns portal to initiate a return/exchange. You will need your Order Number and the email you used to purchase.

Unless there is a fault with your order, items are returned at your own expense. We advise sending your return via a recorded delivery service and retaining your proof of postage, as Fanbod cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Special Instructions for International Returns

If you are returning items from outside the UK, you must attach a customs form and an explicit label to the outside of the package stating: “RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER”.

We cannot accept parcels that incur duty charges upon re-entry to the UK

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund. Please allow time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing times (usually 5–10 working days for cards)
